Taking centre stage
Theatres can evolve over a long period of time, from being a place where live musicals and performances are held, to a movie theatre or to even an ice-rink (in no particular order of course). Let’s take a look at theatre that went through some major renovations in its time.
In 1940, the Center Theatre in New York City, the U.S., released the Disney Classic, Pinocchio. February 7 marks it’s 80th year of release. Pinocchio has gone from being an Italian children’s novel to an animated movie and even being performed on stage. It is a classic which tells the tale of a puppet who longs to be a real boy, and can only do so if he can prove to be brave, truthful and unselfish.
To mark the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Pinocchio, here is a personality quiz for you. Which character from Pinocchio are you?
