JSW Paints “FUTURESCAPES” Painting Competition 2024 in association with The Hindu Young World

We received a phenomenal 1.25 lakh entries from across India for the preliminary round of the JSW Paints FUTURESCAPES Painting Competition 2024, in association with The Hindu Young World. We are overwhelmed with the creativity and talent on display!
A huge thank you to every one of you for participating, thinking beautiful, and sharing your artistic visions with us. Our jury diligently reviewed each entry to select the most deserving paintings to qualify for the most awaited National Finale.
Get ready to take the next step! The virtual National Finale is all set to be conducted at 11:00 am on May 7, 2024 (Tuesday).
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Since this will be conducted virtually, please go through the below points in detail.
-The topic options will be released on the JSW Paints official Instagram handle (@jswpaints), around 30 mins prior to the competition.
-You may choose any one of the given topics as per your category and paint on an A3 white drawing sheet (size 11.7 x 16.5 inches).
-Once you are done with your artwork, visit this page (www.ywc.thehindu.com/jswpaints) and enter your URN (Unique Registration Number) assigned during your National Finalist Registration, to proceed with the submission.
-All your details will be pre-populated. You must upload a clear scanned copy of your painting and submit it. The file size should be within 2 MB.
-You must do this as soon as you finish your artwork as the submission portal will be open only till 1:30 PM, post which your entry will not be considered.
-Remember, your uploaded entry must exactly match with your physical entry. No alterations after submission are allowed.
-Remember to write the following on your drawing sheet:
• Front: Unique Registration Number and Topic
• Back: Participant Name, Class, School Name (with branch), City, State, Category of Participation, Parent’s name, and Registered email ID and mobile number-Your physical drawing should be sent to the following address before May 11, 2024:

OTHER INSTRUCTIONS & POINTS TO REMEMBER
• Online submission is mandatory.
• Every participant must use their registered mobile number and email ID for submission.
• You may use water colours, crayons and colour pencils.
• Sketch pens and markers can be used only for outline purposes.
• Every participant can submit only one painting.
• Paintings received without the Unique Registration Number will not be considered.
• Paintings received after the set deadline will not be considered.
• The organisers and judges’ decision will be final.
