It's important for you to know about abuse so that you can recognise it and speak up and seek help. Remember:
If someone hurts you or makes you uncomfortable, it’s never your fault.
Identify trusted adults you can talk to. Your parents, teachers, or counsellors.
No one has the right to touch you in a way that makes you feel bad or scared.
If you feel unsafe, it’s okay to say 'no' loudly and move to a safe place.
