The ‘acoustic’ guitar, which is the normal guitar that we see or play, is a wonderful instrument. It is called an ‘acoustic’ guitar because it produces sound acoustically — by transmitting the vibration of the strings to the air — as opposed to relying on electronic amplification (like an electric guitar).
