Mexicans love their tacos and so does the rest of the world! This popular light dish literally means "light lunch" and has been around for over thousand years in various forms. The dish, as it has come to be recognised today, is a filling of vegetables or meat served in U-shaped shells made of corn flour.

Here's a twist to the original taco recipe. With a little prep and store-bought taco shells, this can make for a fun family dinner.
