Fit as a fiddle?
Why exercise? Plenty of reasons: your brain is alert and active, it keeps your heart pumping, reduces risk of diseases, helps you maintain a healthy weight, strengthens bones and muscles and lets you do what you need to do. Even a moderate amount of activity during the day can help you stay strong and fit.
Are you wondering how to get started? It’s simple: just take a walk around your area. Better still, if there is a park nearby, it will have a path. Swing your arms vigorously and take deep breaths as you step along briskly.
