It is not possible to get a full-body check-up done every day or week. But there are ways to test our fitness levels at home.

The main indicator of good health is our resting heart rate. It will become lower as our fitness level increases.

Some ways to measure specific fitness parameters are through specially designed tests that are easy to do at home. Here are a few. (If you plan to attempt any of them, do them only under adult supervision.)
