Fibre-rich carbohydrates: Whole grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables.

A pancake is an ideal breakfast option. Besides containing eggs (optional), milk, butter, and whole wheat, the recipe can be customised based on your taste and ingredients, to include all the nutrients.
