Enid Blyton, the most loved and well known children's writer, celebrates her birthday on August 11. Her books take us on adventures, make us solve mysteries, give us a glimpse of boarding schools and take us into the land of magic.

Have you read The Faraway Series? The series includes The Enchanted Wood (1939), The Magic Faraway Tree (1943), The Folk of the Faraway Tree (1946) and Up the Faraway Tree (1951).
