We’re back with another activity based on Origami, the Japanese art of paper folding! This time, let’s learn how to make a dog’s face. Scroll down and follow the simple instructions.

Step 1:
Take a square piece of paper and fold it in half, along the dotted line like in the image below.

Step 2:
Fold the paper in half along the dotted line again.

Step 3:
Fold the two pointy corners, on the left and right side, down along the lines. These make the ears of the dog. Can you see it starting to take shape?

Step 4:
Next, take the first part of the bottom triangle and fold it upwards.

Step 5:
Finally, fold the remaining part of the triangle on the bottom and fold it upwards to join the previous triangle. And there you have it! You have just made a dog’s face! Draw eyes and a little nose on it to give it a little more character.
