On July 16, 1968, the first spaceflight with humans on-board was launched. Apollo Lunar Module Eagle landed on the Moon on July 20, 1969, at 20:17 UTC. It’s been so long, but the achievement is still laudable. On the 50th anniversary of this achievement by NASA, let’s test your knowledge about Apollo 11 by playing a small trivia.

South African leader and statesman Nelson Mandela believed that every individual, irrespective of his/her age, could make a difference in the world and leave it a better place. His influence across the world is such that the United Nations designated July 18, his birth anniversary, as Mandela Day. While the tag line is “Take Action. Inspire Change. Make Every Day A Mandela Day”, the theme this year is “Action Against Poverty.”

Bring home the cup!

While only the winning team gets to take home the ICC Cricket World Cup, you can bring one home too. Follow these simple steps to make your own trophy.

The winner of the World Cup finals walks away with the ICC Cricket World Cup Trophy. Different trophies were made every year until 1999, when the current trophy was created as the first permanent prize.

It was designed by Paul Marsden of Garrard & Co. in London, the company that designed the English Premier League trophy and the Royal Ascot Gold Cup. According to Sportstar, it is one of the biggest trophies awarded for a world event with a net weight of 11 kg and a height of 65 cm. In comparison, the FIFA World Cup weighs just six kg and is 37 cm tall.

The winner of each edition of the World Cup is awarded a replica, and the actual trophy is taken to the ICC headquarters in the UAE.

This vitamin is water-soluble and our body does not store it, which means we have to maintain our daily in-take of vitamin C. You can fulfil your daily in-take of vitamin C by making sure you eat fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamin c.

Mime originated in Rome and Greece. Some people also believe that cavemen used mime to communicate as they could not talk.
