To make this summer special, Young World magazine brings to you contests. Here’s what you have to do:
Send in photographs you have clicked on any or all of the topics listed below. Click on the topics to expand.
Send your entries along with your name, class, school, and city. Also, send us your passport size photograph, with your name written on the back of it. Only students from Stds II to VIII are eligible. Pictures must be high resolution.
There will be seven winners for every week in May.
UPDATE: Entries for Week 1 and 2 are closed! Last date for submissions for Week 3 is May 7, 2018 and Week 4 is May 14, 2018.

Summertime means watermelon time! But if you’re bored of the fruit by now, how about making some ‘watermelon’ jelly, instead? Watch the video and follow the instructions (with help from a parent, especially when handling the knife or using the stove!) to make these sweet summer treats.
You will need: Oranges, a watermelon, a plate, 160 gm of pre-mixed flavour, 40 gm of jelly mix, a knife, food colours, an induction stove, a deep frying pan, a spatula, water, spoons, a big bowl, and two medium-sized bowls.
