Limit outdoor activities: Avoid strenuous outdoor activities during the hottest parts of the day. Plan outdoor activities, such as sports or playtime, in the early morning or late afternoon when it’s cooler.

Eat cooling foods: Incorporate cooling foods into your diet, such as watermelon, cucumber, oranges, yoghurt, and mint, which can help regulate body temperature and keep cool.
