Pie Chart: A pie chart looks like a circle (or a pie) cut up into segments. It is used to show how a whole breaks down into parts. Looks like a pizza, doesn’t it?
Line Graph: A line graph is usually used to show information such as trends over a period of time.
Bar Chart: Bar charts generally have categories on the x-axis, and numbers on the y-axis. This means that you can compare numbers between different categories.
Venn Diagram: A Venn diagram shows all possible logical relations between a collection of different sets.
Histogram: A histogram is a specific type of bar chart where the categories are ranges of numbers. Histograms therefore show combined continuous data.
