March 6 was Michelangelo’s birth anniversary. He was born 543 years back. That’s a long time ago, isn’t it? Do you know who he was? Michelangelo was a famous Italian sculptor, painter, architect and poet. His most famous works are the sculptures of David and Pieta, the design of the dome in St. Peter’s Basilica and the paintings on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.
