Dettol Banega Swasth India Creative Champs Competition: Poster Designing

  • It’s time for you to get excited as Dettol Banega Swasth India partners with ‘CREATIVE CHAMPS’ by The Hindu Young World, for a series of contests. This will be an opportunity for you to spread awareness about social causes and showcase your creativity. The best part – there’s not one, but three competitions – and many prizes too!




    Only participants residing in the following States/UT are eligible to participate:
    Andhra Pradesh | Puducherry | Tamil Nadu | Telangana


    Participants Category:

    Students belonging to the following categories are eligible to participate:

    Juniors – Classes 5, 6, 7 & 8 | Seniors – Classes 9, 10, 11 & 12



    To maintain uniformity, the creative must be written in ENGLISH only.


    The first is a Poster Designing competition, the details of which are below:


    Competition date:

    i. Portal opening date: August 18, 2021

    ii. Last date for online submission: September 15, 2021

    iii. Last date for physical poster submission at the nearest office of The Hindu: September 18, 2021

    Overall Theme – The Covid19 Pandemic

    Choose any ONE of the given topics based on your category:

    · Saluting the frontline workers

    · Protecting my family from the pandemic

    · Global efforts to stop the spread of Covid-19

    · Prevention is better than cure

    · Role of Digital India during Covid-19

    · Get Vaccinated and protect your family


    Basic rules:

    i. The poster should be made on an A3 sized sheet (11.7 x 16.5 inches)

    ii. It should be an original work

    iii. Art and craft materials, except pre-designed work, may be used for this purpose

    iv. The poster has to be uploaded into our portal (provision to upload the scanned poster is included in the form)



    i. Scroll below to view the registration form. While filling up the required details, choose The Hindu Office that is closest to you to submit/send the physical poster.

    ii. You will also need to upload a clear scanned picture of your poster and your solo photograph. The maximum upload size per picture is 2MB.

    iii. Upon successful registration, you will be able to download a customized participation certificate, which can be shared on Facebook.

    iv. A Unique Registration Number (URN) will be generated and sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.



    i. Physical submission at the nearest The Hindu office as chosen during registration is compulsory.

    ii. Remember to write the following on your poster, without which your entry will not qualify:

    a) Front: Unique Registration Number and Topic

    b) Back: Name, Class, School Name (with branch), City, State, Category of Participation, Parent’s name, and Registered email ID & Mobile number

    iii. While sending/submitting the physical poster at the nearest The Hindu office, on the top left of the envelope, mention: “Dettol BSI & Young World Poster Making Competition 2021”.

    iv. Winners will be announced in due course
